When a guest asks for something, create a Request with their room, the items they need, and the person who will help.

In the app sequence below, room 101 needs two bath towels. The request is marked High priority and assigned to Aaliyah Scott in Housekeeping, with a note explaining the guest’s need.

Once created, it appears in Active assignments with the room, priority, and assigned teammate together—so the team can see what needs attention.

A work order gives Engineering the location, the equipment that needs attention, and the details reported by the guest.

Here, room 102 has a broken shower head. The task is marked Urgent and assigned to Hannah Foster, with a note that water is coming out nonstop.

Once created, the work order appears in Active assignments, ready for the technician to pick up.
